PROPOSED NEW LEGISLATION. Press Association—By Telegraph-Copyright SYDNEY, September 12. As the result of a compromise made between the master bakers and the employers at a conference, over which the (Tiief Secretary (Mr Lazzarini) presided, the delivery of fresh bread will be permitted under the proposed day-baking law. The danse prohibiting this will be eliminated from the draft Bill, but the measure will provide that no bread shall be delivered after 6 o’clock at night, and a start slia.ll not be made by the bakers before 6 o’clock in the morning.
