Shapely bathing girls, clad in cuepiece bathing suits, are blamed by the construction superintendent as the cause of delay in building the shore boulevard here. The superintendent declares that the girls’ attractiveness often caused entire crews of labourers to pause in their work, and has requested the authorities to close of the beach until the boulevttrd is ■finished.
