(Received June 11, at 10.40 p.m.) The Court of Criminal Appeal dismissed the appeals of ex-Dotectives M’Pherson and (Jlholrn, who were found guilty of obtaining money from an hotelkeeper namd Callaghan by moans of a conspiracy, and were sentenced to 12 months and nine months’ imprisonment respectively.
