INDEPENDENCE PARTY RETAINS CONTROL. Press Association —By Telegraph—Copyright. MANILA, June 4. (Received June 4, at 11.40 p.m.) The general election returns which are practically complete show that the Consolidado, or immediate independence party, retains control of the House and the Senate by a considerable majority.
