(.Received June 4, at 5.5 p.m.) A telegram from Boston says that a request for three additional naval destroyers and a seaplane to cope with the ships which are returning to Rum Row off Cape Ann and Boston Harbour has been sent to Washington by the divisional chief of the coastguard. The line, which is 22 miles off shore, has now grown to 12 vessels, including seven British and one Drench.—Reuter.
