SCHOOLGIRL OB' TO-DAY. LONDON, December 23. "The schoolgirl of to-day is more unmanageable and naughtier than ever,” says a London high school mistress. ‘‘Parents allow their girls such a diversity of interests, including dances, theatres, and cinemas, that education suffers. “Girls ore world-worn before they put Up their hair. The average girl of today is less intelligent and more nervy than the girl of the post.”
