GARDEN CITIES IN DOMINIONS
IDEAL COTTAGE& LONDON, December 23. An Empire Community Settlement Committee has been formed for the purpose of emigrating retired professional men with small fixed incomes who are finding it difficult to make ends meot in England. The idea is to establish garden cities connected with farms in the dominions, m which settlers will live in ideal cottages, round a club house, where meals could bo obtained at £5 a month.
