(Received Nov. 19, at 10.15 p.m.) The relief officials at St. Faith’s Board of Guardians at Norwich called attention to the case of a farm labourer with a wife and eight children ranging from 14 years to 14 months. Tf!e man’s wages were 25s a week, leaving 20s 7d for food after insurance and rent had been paid. The Guardians made an allowance of 3J stone of flour, a week. —A.- and N.Z. Cable.
