NEW PLYMOUTH, October 23. A bus containing 13 adult passengers and some children overturned on the Main South road near Puniho this afternoon and came to rest in a swamp at the foot of a 12ft bank. A boy named Mervyn Fausett, seven years of age, sustained injuries to his left aye, which necessitated ite removal. Other passengers sustained minor cuts and bruises and slight shook.

Sydney Borrie, aged 10 years, was admitted to the Dunedin Hospital yesterday suffering from a fractured right arm, caused through a fall while playing. The injured boy resides at 34 Melbourne street. South Dunedin.
