Creed, claim £ll 4s due on promissory note (costa, £i 15s), Robert Gemmell v. T. Lloyd (SeacliS), £lB 5a due on an account (costs, £3 ts 6d); W. Harris and Son (Ltd.) v. Mrs J. Stewart (Moa Flat), claim 18s 6d due for goods supplied (costs, £1 2a 6d); Star Stores (Ltd.) v. C Williams (Auckland), claim £26 due for rent (costs, £3 Is); Paterson and Barr (Ltd.) v. Henry Neil Mills (Lauder), claim £43 Oj 4d, balance due on account (costs, £t 10a 6d); Harriot F. M. Kinmont v. James L Keown (Waitepeka), claim £ll 18s, balance due on account (coals, £2 l^s). Judgment Summons.—Charles Lnunerson (Berwick) was ordered to pay May Hannan (Mr W. G. Hay) £'B Me, due on a judgment summons (costs", £1 12s), in default 10 days imprisonment.
