Tho Holmdalo, which arrived here yesterday afternoon from Wellington, is to sail to-day for Oamam, Timaru, Lyttelton, Wellington, and Wanganui. The Oreti left last night for Invercargill end Port Craig. The Kahika, from Wellington, via Oamam and Bluff, is due here about Tuesday next. The Waimarino, from Port Time, via Lyttelton, is due hero to-morrow to continue discharge. The Waihemo, with a coal cargo from Newcastle, is due at Wellington to-day. The Ngakuta, from Rarotonga, is due at Auckland on Monday with a cargo of Island fruit. THE WEST CAHOKIA. The Swayne and Hoyto Line steamer West Cahokia is reported to have sailed from San Francisco on Friday for Auckland, Wellington, Dunedin, and Bluff. She is due at Auckland about September 8. CANADLVN BRITISHER REPORTED. Tho steamer Canadian Britisher, which left Montreal on August 1, for Auckland, arrived at Colon on August 15. She is due at Auckland about September 9, and will later proceed to Australian ports to complete discharge. NIRPURA AT COLON. , Cabled advice from Colon stales that the steamer Nirpuna, en route from New York to Auckland, arrived at the canal on Friday last. She is due at Auckland on September 7, and proceeds to Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin MAHANA FROM LIVERPOOL. It is announced by the Shaw, Savill, and Albion Company that the Mahana will sail from Liverpool on September 6, with cargo to discharge at Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. The vessel is duo at Auckland on Octobcn 13. " THE TRELYON. Laden with cargo loaded on the Pacific Coast, tho Haiti Line steamer Trelyon, running under tho auspices of the New Zealand Shipping Company, is due at Auckland from San Francisco on Sunday. After completing cargo operations at Auckland the vessel will proceed to Melbourne and Sydney. SCOW OWHITT LAUNCHED. A new scow, tho Owhiti, wan launched at Auckland on Monday morning from Messrs D. M. Darroch and Sons’ yards at Shoal Bay. The vessel, which was built for Mr A. W. Bryant, will be engaged in (he harbour and coastal trade. Her carrying capacity is 90 tons, all cargo to bo carried on deck, while her dimensions arc; —Length 73ft, breadth 22ft, depth 4ift. Tho scow will be ketchrigged. THE TASMANIA. Cabled advice has been received by the New Zealand Shipping Company that the Tasmania arrived at Melbourne on Sunday from Liverpool, via Adelaide. She is to proce,ed to Sydney, Newcastle, and Brisbane. THE OORINTHIC. Tho Shaw., Savill, and Albion liner Corjnthic is to leave Wellington at daybreak to-morrow for Southampton and Loudon, via Montevideo and Teneriffc. THE PORT CAROLINE. Nows by cablegram has been received by tho C. and D. Line that the Port Caroline Bailed from London on Saturday morning with general cargo for discharge at Suva, Auckland, and Lyttelton. She is duo at Auckland on September 3. THE TREMERE. The A. and A. Line steamer Tmnoro, from New York, via Auckland, is due at Wellington on Sunday. She will complete discharge at Lyttelton, Timaru, Dunedin, and Bhiff. The Tremere ia under command of Captain Fickworth, who has the following officers: —Chief, Mr A. H. Davis; second, Mr C. O. Tho Union Company advises that the chartered steamer Tromcadow, from Nauru, which arrived at Lyttelton on Wednesday night, is to leavo the Canterbury port to-day or to-morrow for Dunedin, where she will complete discharge. She will then proceed to Newcastle, where she will bunker. RUAHINB DUB TO-DAY. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s liner Ruahine, from London and Southampton, via Panama, Wellington, and Lyttelton, i# due at Port Chalmers to-day to continue discharge. THE STEAMER BROXTON. Messrs Park, Reynolds (Ltd.) submitted to (auction at their rooms yesterday the largo •wooden, steamer Broxton, which has been lying at Port Chalmers for about two years. 9 here was a" small attendance, and the .’irst otter *M £SO, and after some persuasion the auctioneer elicited a bid of £6O. She is to sail to-day for Melbourne, where she will complete unloading. BIG BRITISH SAILER. GORTHPOOL FOR MELBOURNE. The big British fmir-niasted barque Garthpool, 2652 tons register, has been chartered to load timber at Campbell ton for Melbourne, and is expected to a Drive there early next year. The G-a.rthpool, which has been lying in port at River Blackwater since January In, 1033, was originally known as the Juteopnlis, and was built especially for the AngloAmericaji Oil Company, to carry case oil from New York to China and Japan. The’"Lloyd Sabuudo steamer Oaprera, which sailed from Genoa on July 16 for Australian ports, ha.s arrived at Colombo with a damaged propeller. A fire broke out amongst the cargo of tho East Asiatic motor ship Siam, which is loading at Copenhagen for Australian ports, as a result of which considerable damage was done to 11(00 ions of wood pulp by fire and water. AUSTRALIAN COMMONWEALTH LINE. Tho local agents of the Australian Commonwealth Lino have received the following ca bled advices: Bulla, left Glasgow on August 9 for Fremantle, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane. She has general cargo from Swansea., Yewport, Liverpool, and Glasgow, via Lisbon, is due at Capetown oo September 4. Carina,, arrived at Swansea on tho 9th inst. from Australian ports. On the return voyage to Fremantle, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane she leaves that port to-morrow, Newport on the 26th, Liverpool tho 30th, and Glasgow on September 4. Burombah, arrived at Wyndham on the 10th inst., en route from other Australian ports to Port Sudan, Alexandria, Antwerp, and London.
