SECTARIAN RIOTINGS. SERIOUS POSITION CREATED. Preso Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. DELHI, August 17. Disturbances between Hindus and Moslems occurred at Gulbarga (Hyderabad), where the Hindus attacked at Mohammedans’ mosques. Rioting and shooting followed, in which a superintendent of police was killed, and a number of casualties were caused among the rioters. Large military reinforcements were sent, and dispersed tho crowd; but the position is serious.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
