ALBANY STREET SCHOOL JUBILEE.
The van quo functions arranged for cele» beating the fiftieth anniversary of the open, big of the Albany Slajeeb School commence to-day. At 10 a.m. the present pupils will be entertained in Knox Church Sunday School Hall, when ex-pupils and teacher* will bo cordially welcomed. At 2.30 p.in.a reception of ex-teach ora and pupils will take place at the school. Afternoon tea will be dispensed, and an opportunity will be presented to renew acquaintanceship and to talk over old times. Arrangements are also being made to display old photographs, etc., and each ex-pupil and ex-teecber present will be asked to sign the Jutmee Register, At 8 p.m. a social reunion -will bo hold in the Early Settlers’ Haß to be followed by a dance. ■ ■ Quito a number olf ex-teoehecn and eat-. puptls have arrived in Duaedta from different parts of the dominion, and it is an. tioipated that the vwiows functions will go with a swing, • r
