Commons, of the University of Wisconsin said that unemployment insurance bad reached its limit. It was felt that the recent vivid experience of unemployment had directed many leaders of the Labour and business worlds to the importance of either smoothing out the curve of unemployment or smoothing out the current of daily wages. These two problems, though different, were related.—Reuter.
