PHCENIX CLUB. At. the anmiat meeting of the Vlnrnix Bowlinp Club (Oamaru) t-ho following officebearers were elected :—President, Mr F. W.' Humphries: vice-president, Mr W. Panckburst; General Committee—Messrs J. E. Broad, J. Grant, J. Robert son, E. Grenfell, W. Aitkenhe&d, and E. E. Armstrong; Selection Committee, Messrs J. E. Broad and W. Panckhurst (re-elected); secretary and treasurer, Mr R. Malcolm; Grounds Committee Messrs J. Robertson and J. Grant; Social Committee, Messrs W. Bailey and H. G. Deal; auditors, Messrs Jas. Bco and H. W. Organ (re-elected); centre representatives—Messrs F. \V. Humphries and W. Panckhurst, wit.b power to add. New members were ballotted for and declared elected were:—Messrs A. M'Kerrow, W. Couper. J. C. Duncan, J. Robertson,' D. Campbell* J. W. Stringer, J. B. M'Donald; hon member. Mr R Mel drum.
