SIR DIGHTON PROBYN. Press Association—By Telegraph Copyright. LONDON, June 20. The death is announced of Sir Dighton Probyn.—A. and N.Z. Cable. The Right Hon. General Sir Dighton Probyn, V.G.. G.C.8., G.C.5.1., was for long a trusted and honoured member of the Household of King Edward VII, both before and after that monarch came to the throne. He afterwards occupied a similar position in Queen Alexandra’s 'Household. As a soldier he served through the Indian Mutiny and in various frontier campaigns. He was 91 years of age and was therefore the oldest holder of the V.C. SIR HENRY KELLETT. MELBOURNE, June 21. Sir Henry Kellett was killed yesterday in a motor accident. Sir Henry Do Castres Kellett was the third baronet. He was a member of the Kew Boron"h Council, the Metropolitan Fire Brigades’ Board, and the Tramways Trust. He was 73 rears of age. The successor to the title is his eldest son.
