ARRIVAL OFF CHERBOURG. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, April 13. Tiie Mauretania is safe, waiting for the weather to moderate before entering Cherbourg.—A. and N.Z. Cable. A message which appeared yesterday stated that in consequence of the Southampton strike the Mauretania was being towed to Cherbourg, where she would bo extensively overhauled by British workmen. The vessel encountered a gale in the Channel, and made very slow progress.
