(■to. r —• ' ' WIFE CAUGHT IN BLAZING HEDGE. - LONDON, March 20. , A farm hand at Chertaey (Surrey) was "burning grass in the meadow lands ’when he saw a hedge ablaze and heard screams. He found- his wife caught by the legs in barbed wire, and despite his moSt valiant efforts at rescue she was incinerated.
