(Per United Press Association.) BLENHEIM, January 10. A man named Ambrose Joseph LipinsH ■was arrested at Rai Falls by the Blenheim police and charged with incest. TTMARU, January 10, David Lauder was sentenced to four months’ hard labour on a charge of being a rogue and vagabond, and also with stealing a suit of clothes belonging to Detective Connolly.
