(Per United Press Association.) BLENHEIM, January 10. A man named Ambrose Joseph LipinsH ■was arrested at Rai Falls by the Blenheim police and charged with incest. The alleged crime was committed in September last The accused was remanded till Wednesday next, bail not being sought. CHRISTCHURCH, January 10. TTMARU, January 10, David Lauder was sentenced to four months’ hard labour on a charge of being a rogue and vagabond, and also with stealing a suit of clothes belonging to Detective Connolly.
