LORD WILLOUGHBY DE BROKE. Pro 6» Association— By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON. December 16. (Received Dec. 17, at 7.40 p.m.) The death is announced of Lord Willoughby de Broke.—Router. Richard Greville Verncy, nineteenth Baron Willoughby de Broke, was a lieu-tenant-colonel in’ the Warwickshire Yeomanry Second Line Regiment, which ho commanded during the war. Ho was born in March, 1869, and educated at Eton and Oxford. ’ lie represented Rugby in the House of Commons from 1895 to 1900.
