GERMAN ASPIRATIONS. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright NEW YORK, December 15. (Received Dec. lb, at 5.5 p.m.) The Chemical Manufacturers' Association announces that constant vigilance will be required to prevent the German dye industries from getting control of the American dye factories with the aim of recapturing the world’s dye monopoly.
