TAILORING.
DO MEN DOLL UP? is an open question. Whether they "do or not depends on whether they insist on looking their best. If a man is insistent about if he must go to the tailor who can give him his ideal suit. That man goes for sure to Penrose’s. He says a suit ns my lost will do very well; it can’t, he improved on very much, do what you will. The fit, r.tyle, and material aro all I wish for; in fact, are better than I could get anywhere. The price of a Penrose Suit (79s 6d) made to measure is all right. It does mo every way. It is pounds less for a suit there than elsewhere. I only do what every man may do. Place an order now and get their promise that, the suit shall he finished by Xmas; then you are fixed. It will work out that you get two suits for one. Can anyone do more for you?
