Ilershey, the well-known manufacturer of chocolate candy, who has turned hia entire •fortune, which is estimated at 60,000,000 dollars, into a trust for the creation <.nd maintenance of an orphanage and industrial school. Mr Hersbey, who is known as the “Chocolate King,” provides thaj: the institution shall be constructed near his vast manufacture', in which he will maintain a small interest, sufficient for his personal maintenance. —A. and N.Z.
