4 DEVELOPMENT COMPANY FORMED. DANISH FINANCIERS INTERESTED. Press Asaooiation—By Telegraph—Copyrigat COPENHAGEN, November I. A Russo-Danish financial institution, entitled the Northern Credit Company, with a capital of 5,000,000 kroner, has been formed, with two Russian bankers and three Danes as directors, to support, the Russian export and import trade. The capital has already been subscribed. The company is, expected to commence operations in January.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
