MATRICULATION EXAMINATION.
THE DATES EIXED. (Pub United Press Association.! WELLINGTON, November 3. Entries for the University matriculation examination, including accountants’ preliminary, number 4500, an increase of nearly 500 on the previous year. The examination will be held from December 4 to December 13, inclusive.. On account of the enormous number of entries received, candidates will be notified by post of i result, but beyond that the University authorities do not intend to go to the expense of preparing the lists for publication.
