(Received Oct. 24, at 5.5 p.m.) The Daily Express’s correspondent at Plymouth says that, in addition to the Dunedin, the cruisers Delhi, Danac, Dauntless, and Dragon, under the command of Roar-Admiral Sir Hubert Brand will make the Empire tour. Christmas will bo at Capetown, and thence the squadron will, go to Colombo, Singapore, t remantle, Adelaide, 'Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Hobart, Wellington, Lyttelton, Auckland, and Eiji.—A. and N.Z. Cable.

ACTION BY OTAGO EXPANSION LEAGUE. Mr W. B. Steel (secretary of the expansion League) has received the following cablegram from Mr Massey in reply to the representations made for the inclusion of Dunedin in the itinerary of the light cruiser squadron:—•‘Telegram received. Will make report Admiralty accordingly.”
