MOTOR CAR MISHAP.

TWO WOMEN INJURED. (Peb United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, August 28. While a taxi driver named Graham was cranking his car in Customs street the car went into reverse gear and shot back, knocking down Mrs Elizabeth Powell (aged 50)' and Miss Emily Lightbody (aged 40). Both were admitted to hospital suffering from shock. Graham ran after the car, jumped on the running board, and jammed on the brakes.
