LEVIES AND SUBSIDIES. (From Otjb Own Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, August 27. The effect of the application of the system of subsidies proposed under the Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Amendment Bill is shown in a schedule which was circulated in the House of Representatives to-night. For the Otago hospitals the levies are as follow:
