AMY CASTLES CONCERTS.

The opening concert of the Amy Castles season will be given in the Bums Hall tomorrow night. The famous singer is now at the top of her form, and her items will embrace every style of song to display the voice and artistry that have won her considerable fame. Arias from “Hamlet,” “Iris,” “Butterfly,” “Tosoa,” and “Boheme,” as well as the old melodies, such as “Home, Sw*eet Home,” “Last Rose of Summer,” “Waters of Minnatonka,” which will be sung by the great primn donna to a harp accompaniment. Miss Eileen Castles comes through the ordeal of contrast with her celebrated sister creditably. She sings with freshness, sparkle, and abandon. Her voice has a limpid sweetness which gets the best out of the more lyrical type of operatic arias, such as Micaela’s, from. “Carmen,” or the Waltz. Song from “Romeo and Juliet” and the Doll’s Song from “Tales of Hoffman.” Signor Alberto Torzillo (harpist), and Mr Charles Tnckwell (pianist! complete this company of artists that will make Tuesday’s concert a memorable one. The plans are at the Bristol and days sales at S. Jacobs’s.
