THE BOUNDARY PROBLEM. LONDON, July 21. The meeting between Mr Cosgrave, President of the Irish Free State, and Sir James Craig, 'of Ulster, has not achieved any useful purpose. Both parties were prepared to discuss matters on a very friendly basis, and it was hoped that the whole question of the boundary dispute would bo settled. The negotiations, however, have resulted in a deadlock, and it is feared that public feeling, both in the North and South, may cause friction.
