Boyd-Carpenter (Financial Secretary to the Treasury) said that the wool in store belonging to the Government amounted approximately to 520,000 bales, the market value of which was estimated to be £10,500,000. It was proposed to continue the present policy of realising it systematically in pogular monthly instalments, finishing in February, 1924.—Reuter.
