The Central News Agency states that the report of a conference between Isniet Pasha and General llaringtou at Constantinople is not confirmed, but more hopeful news has been received. The Turkish transmitted a verbal message which was much more conciliatory. They promised to rectify the diplomatic difficulty which was raised by the arrest of an Italian steamer in a Black Sea port.— A. and N.Z. Cable.
