Allan Cobham, who is employed by the De llaviland Continental service, accompanied by Grieve, who was navigator for Hawker’s trans-Atlantic flight, is plaunimr a flight round the world in March. The proposed route is via Central Europe, Constantinople, Bagdad. India, China, Japan, the Aleutian Islands, Vancouver, and Newfoundland. It is proposed to use a De Haviland 240 h.n. machine, which will pick up floats at Shanghai and Newfoundland.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
