PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Meeting’ of the Portobollo Road Board will be held at the Road Board’s Office, Portobollo, on THURSDAY, the 11th day of January, 1923, at the hour of 1.30 p.m., for the purpose of confirming the following Resolution, which was passed at a Special Meeting of the Road Board, held on the 14th day of December, 1922. That in pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in it by any, Statute or Statutes, the Portobollo Road Board hereby resolves to make by Special Order, By-law No. 1 1922, and By-law No. 7, 1922, as respectively contained in the drafts now produced. By-law No. 1, 1922, therein referred tp contains clauses regarding : 1. Public health. 2. Regulation of erection and inspection of buildings. 3. Drainage to buildings. 4. Septic tanks or sewage tanks. 5. Keeping of animals. By-law No. 7, 1922, therein referred to contains clauses relating to: The issue of carriage, cart, and motor licenses.
