[Mr Bonar Law. in the House of Commons, said that the Government proposed to appoint a tribunal comprising three Commissiouem to inquire into the method* adopted in other countries, including the dominions, during the last 50 years to increase the prosperity of the agricultural industry, and to secure the full use of the land for the production of food and the. employment ot labour at a living wage, and to advise regarding the best methods of achieving these results.]
