Bright children wouldn’t he forced to go slow to keep nice with dull ones, and Inter wouldn't be left, behind as at present, for it would be demonstrated they weren't dull at all, only different. ‘‘Let us try out the new idea and experiment. not slavishly copying other countries, by evolving a system of education that will peculiarly he adapted to the needs of children of your own country."
