Tho Civil Service Commissioner? have given notice in the London Gazette that with the approval of the Treasury they have made the following regulation for inclusion in all regulations for com petitions for situations in the Civil Service among male candidates of appropriate ago:—“No person will bo eligible who obtained from any tribunal established under the Military Service Acts, 1916 to 1918, exemption from service in IT.M. Forces under those Acts on the ground of a conscientious objection (o the undertaking of military service, or, although not so exempted, declined to cornlily with obligations imposed upon him by those Act*’’
