It is slated in the Provincial Government Gazelle that Mr Alexander Fleming, of Tokomairiro, ha s duly submitted for examination a registration certificate from the General Council of Medical Education and Registration in Edinburgh to the effect, that lie the said Alexander Allan Fleming is a licentiate of tho faculty of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.
