DUNEDIN STOCK EXCHANGE. A little business was don© on 'Chang© yesterday, when a parcel of New Zealand Government Inscribed 4J per cent. (1939) found a buyer at £9B 2s 6d, the market closing with a buyer at £9B and the selling price at £9B 10s- The Germajl mark was offered at 6600 to the £l, the number being 5400 to the £1 when last quoted on th© local 'Change. Huddart, Parkers (ord.), which finned a little, were in demand at 51s 3d, but sellers would not quit at lees than Sis 9d, and no business was recorded. A buyer offered 4s lOd for Westport-Stooktons (ord.), but did not attract a seller. Wilson’s Cements firmed, a buyer offering 20s 10.1, with the .selling price at 2ls 3d. Mining stocks remained about the same, with th© exception of Mount Lyells, which wer© in demand at 19s lid, sellers asking 20s 4d.
