ERZBERGER’S MURDER

YON KILLINGER ACQUITTED.

LONDON, June 15. The Berlin Court acquitted Von Killinger, a former German naval commander, who was charged with complicity in tile murder of Herr Erzberger, the former Finance Minister, who signed the armistice on behalf of Germany. [Von Killinger, a former naval commander, was a member of the notorious Erhardt Brigade, participated in Dr Kapp’s revolt, and was among the German officers at Scapa Flow.
