FIRE AT ROTORUA
THREE SHOPS DAMAGED. (Pm United Press Association.) ROTORUA, March 28. A fire occurred in Arawa street last night. Walden’s tobacconist shop and billiard saloon, and M’Neelv’s fancy goods shop were badly damaged, whijp Mrs Dannefoerd’s Maori curios were damaged by smoko and water. The premises were owned by Mr W. J. Robinson, and the insurances were: M’Neely, £450 j Walden, £4OO. The amount on the stock is not available. etc., assured against fire by 71. w. Trotman, chief agent Queensland Insurance Co.
