VAt the local Police Court a young man named George Dunn, charged with theft and arson, pleaded not guilty, and wta committed to the Supreme Court for trial. A large meeting of members of .the Elgin on t Agricultural and Paatoral Association decided to revert to the spring show . datv This year’s spring fixture has not yet neen decided. Only four voted against the proposal.
