PRICE OF MILK
RATES FIXED AT AUCKLAND. (Pkb United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, August 12. A conference of milk producers and vendors fixed the wholesale rates at *ls 3d per gallon during the summer, and Is 6d per gallon during the winter—a reduction of Id and 2d respectively. This means that the retail price will not exceed 8d per quart at any period.
