NO ANNOUNCEMENT MADE. LONDON, August 10. Mr De Valera and Mr Michael Collins conferred at the Mansion House to-day, but they did not issue a statement. M’Keon and other provincial members of the Dail Eireann have, gone to their homes. They will return to Dublin next week.—A. and N.Z. Cable. DAIL EIREANN DELIBERATIONS. WASHINGTON, August 10. (Received August 11, at 8.45 p.m.) Mr Harry Boland, Mr De Valera’s secretary, and head of the Irish Republican Diplomatic Mission, says that arrangements are being made for safe conduct for his return to Ireland to participate in the peace deliberations of the Dail Eireann. Mr Boland states that it appears there will be several days’, if not several weeks’, discussion by the Dail Eiroann before any reply is made to Great Britain.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
