SEANCE AT NAPLES

AN AMAZING STORY.

IN TOUCH WITH CARUSO.

Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright.

LONDON, August 7. The Star’s Milan correspondent wires an amazing story of a seance' at Naples, where Signor Caruso’s friends allege that they got into 'touch with him and questioned the departed singer. Signor Caruso declared that he was more than satisfied with his new surroundings. He did not regret the loss of his old glory, because the world was all misery and vanity. “My singing,” he said, “was a miserable noise compared with the divine harmony here.” Nevertheless, he was not absolutely happy, as he feared that there would be trouble over his will.—A. ant) N.Z.
