LOT 3.—HOMESTEAp FARM, \ AN IDEAL STUD FARM, PERFECTLY ADAPTED FOR . DAIRYING. The Steading is now used for maehinemilking nearly 100 cows. This Farm will not be sold per acre, but as a complete, highly-developed going concern, with exceptional appliances and facilities for economic, high-class, profitable dairy farming, calf-rearing and fattening; The plant, buildings,, and_ premises, mostly installed just before the rise in prices, cost over £2OOO, and include the following: 1.
