Andrew Smith C'aakie and another sued the City Corporation, claiming £6OO compensation under the Compensation for Death Act, 1908, in respect to the death of his son, a telegraph messenger, who was electrocuted by coming in contact with a live wire in the Triangle. —Mr A. S. Adams appeared for the claimant.—Judgment was given by consent for £250 and costs, the amount recovered, after deducting the costs of the action, to be divided between the father and mother in equal shares.
