PARIS, January 31. The arrest of Communists disclosed the existence in France of a Communist Asso ciation allied with similar associations in Russia, Britain, and other countries. Abromovitch, who was arrested at Nice, was Trotsky's envoy at the Tours Socialist Congress, and is believed to have been the head of an organisation for procuring false passports for international revolutionaries. —Reuter. ,

PARIS, January 31. (Received Feb. 1, at 9.15 p.m.) Arrests in connection with the Bolshevist plot continue. They include a number of young Serbs who were students in the Paris University and also nine Spaniards who were working from Bordeaux, some amongst the “ Intellectuals,” and others amongst the working classes. Papers seized show that large sums of money are being distributed in France and also many forged passports and stamps for use on forged official papers.
