STRIKERS' BALLOT FAVOURABLE,

(Received Sept. 27, at 7.55 p.m.) The strikers' ballot was largely favourable to the concordat which Signer Giolitti (Premier) arranged, but a substantial proportion of the workers are hostile, especially in Sicily, Rome, and Tuscanv! —A. and N.Z Cable.
