ST. LUCIA, September 26. The Prince of Wales arrived hero this morning in excellent health. He was received by Sir George Haddon-Smith, Governor of the Windward Islands, and Colonel Davidson, Administrator of the island. St. Lucia is en fete. The population accorded the Prince a tumultuous welcome. (St. Lucia is 24 miles long and 12 miles in greatest breadth. The population of 54,000 are mostly French Creoles. Tho chief town is Castries, a splendid harbour, and chief coaling station and naval baso in tho West Indies.)—A. and N.Z. Gable. ROSEAU (Dominica), September 27. (Received Sept. 28, at 0.20 a.m.) The Renown, with the Prince of Wales aboard, arrived here to-day from St. Lucia. The Prince was warmly welcomed by Sir Edward Merewether (Governor), officials, and the native population, and re-em-barked the same evening for Montserrat. —A. and N.Z. Gable.
